  1. How to buy on the website?

  1. What payment methods can I use to purchase through the website?

You can pay with a credit card, debit card with PSE, Nequi or Daviplata, Rappipay, in cash via Baloto, Efecty or paying on delivery (if applicable in your municipality).

  1. What happens if I don't make the payment with Efecty or Vía Baloto within 48 hours?

If you do not pay for your order within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

  1. Can I change the payment method for my order?

It is not possible to change the payment method of an order, but if you chose cash payment via Baloto or Efecty, or cash on delivery, you can write to us on WhatsApp 322 899 5186 to cancel the order and you can place a new one with the method you prefer.

  1. Are all shipments free?

No, we have free shipping for purchases over $150,000, SALE clothing does have a shipping cost. and purchases less than this amount.

  1. How much does shipping cost to my address?

The shipping value is reflected on the payment screen, generally it is 13,000 to all of Colombia.

  1. How long does it take to ship to my address?

Shipping time takes depending on the city or municipality you are in, generally 8 business days.

  1. Do you have same day shipping?

If you are in the city of Medellín Col, or its metropolitan area, if it is possible on the same day, otherwise it is not possible.

  1. What cities do orders arrive in?

We have shipments to 98% cities and municipalities of the country (COLOMBIA), and international shipments.

  1. Which carrier will bring my order?

We will send your order by Domina, Inster rapidismo, Envia or Coordinadora depending on the city or municipality where you are.

  1. If my order arrives and I am not at the address, what can I do?
