Changes and guarantees

1. To make a return you can write to us at +57 322 899 5186 from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sundays and Holidays.

2. You have 3 days to request a return once you receive your clothes.

3. You must assume the shipping costs, OPULENT CASA DE MODA will not be responsible for the payment of freight.

4. Money back may take up to 30 calendar days.

5. If we do not receive your clothing within 10 days of your request, we will assume that you have retracted the return and will finalize the process.

6. The money refund will be made to a debit account (money refunds are not made through Efecty or Baloto or Gana).

If there is any problem with your purchase, we will review your case to send you what you ordered again or we will refund your money.

We deliver to most municipalities in Colombia through Coordinadora, Inter rapidísimo and Domina. Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather and road conditions.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays or holidays do not count as business days.
